More Benfei Adapters

After the first two reviews Benfei asked me if there were any other items I wanted to try. I dug through their website and requested 3 specific items:
- 2 IN 1 USB C to TF and SD Card Reader – You can not have enough SD and TF card readers laying around, especially if you own a Mac which only has a couple of USB C ports.
- RJ45 Inline Coupler – (photo above) If you’ve ever needed to make that ethernet connection just a little bit longer………..
- 3.5mm to RCA Cable – Perfect for connecting a Line Out 3.5mm connection to an Amplifier Auxiliary input.
The Adapters
I specifically requested these 3 adapters because they were items I had an immediate need for.
RJ45 Inline Coupler
The first photo on this page shows the RJ45 Inline Couplers. Unfortunately, I forgot to photograph these where I installed them which was in my attic crawl space.
When I bought this home there were two ethernet run from the first floor to upstairs. The runs only went to one room. I cut the two cables, terminated them, and installed switches in my attic. Recently one of the $0.99 cent connectors I bought failed after 4 years of extreme heat and cold. These Benfei adapters and much heftier and will have improved operational temperature ranges.
3.5mm To RCA Cable
I have Raspberry Pi’s set up in every bedroom in the house which stream music to either headphone amplifiers or big old stereos. The onboard Digital to Analog Converters (DAC) have 3.5mm outputs. The output of the DAC is then sent to the Aux input of a stereo amplifier. Heck, let me just show you a video.
This Benfei cable is far superior to what I was using and some audiophiles will tell you that makes the music sound better. I tend to agree with that assessment.
2 in 1 USB C To SD And TF

Like I said, you can never have too many of these card readers lying around. I have several digital cameras and a couple of 3D printers that use the old SD card format. And I have tons of TF cards as well.
I previously had one or maybe 2 adapters and they were never where I needed them to be. More is better.
I have only one comment regarding the SD slot and that fully inserting the SD card leaves a whole bunch of card protruding out. Everything works fine, I just expected that given the size of the body that the card would insert further. No problems. Just be advised.
