Benfei HDMI Adapters

I think that Benfei has sent me just about every thing in their catalog to review. And it is my strong belief that as a MacBookAir user that only has a couple of USB-C ports, that adapters really expand your capabilities. In this blog I have several more Benfei HDMI adapters to test.
Let’s get to it!
HDMI adapter are in strong rotation here at my house. I use HDMI cables on every TV, and Raspberry Pi’s galore. I also use them with a KVM, and we use them at my Mother In Laws house to be able to connect a computer easily to her TV to stream church for her on Sunday mornings.
Benfei USB-C to HDMI Adapter

Without a doubt this is most heavily used adapter in my arsenal. I am forever hooking up TV’s and computers via my MacBookAir and HDMI.
If you are working out of a laptop bag, this needs to be in it. Use your hotel room TV as a big screen for your computer. I used to do this when I was working and was able to look at schematics on a much larger screen.

You will need an HDMI cable to go from the Computer to the TV though.
USB-C to HDMI Cable, 8K@60Hz, 6′

If you’d like to push your range a bit and do it with a single connection, then this is what you are looking for.
Total length is 6′ or 1.8 meters. And total cost is about $13.99.
This will connect to your Mac and plug directly into your TV. I left this one at my Mother In Law’s house to make it easy for us to plug into her TV to stream church services on Sunday morning.

Benfei 8K HDMI to HDMI Cable

And there never seems to be an HDMI cable around when you need one. Especially in the laptop bag. And the price is in the sweet spot at $8.54 which is a bargain for a decent HDMI cable.
And 6′ is a pretty good reach for an HDMI cable

Final Thoughts
Benfei adapters get the job done and at a price that won’t break the bank. John’s Tech Blog strongly recommends Benfei Adapters.
