I’ve been busy learning my new machine and more importantly the software, Vectric VCarve Desktop. There are lots of choices for CNC software but Vectric Software is POWERFUL. There just is SO MUCH you can do with it. The last week or so I have been making Inlays. That’s where you put, and glue one material inside another. Here is what I have done so far:

But wait, there’s more!
Inlays are awesome and there are multiple ways to accomplish them. They really add a professional touch to a woodworking project.
Here are some pics of the things I have made since I started all this. Right now I’m just trying and testing the software and now that I know I can reproduce these products it is about time to start trying to make some money to offset the cost of this machine! Here goes:

Well, that’s that. Just cataloging my stuff I’ve made so far. It may not seem like a lot or even all that impressive but I literally just began woodworking after Thanksgiving of 2021. I have almost never made anything of wood before in my life. Maybe a computerized CNC is cheating a little bit but I don’t care!
